Welcome to the Pumpkin & Chili Party at Schnepf Farms! We're excited to host you and your family for a fun-filled farm experience. Since purchasing this ticket, there are a few things you need to know. So please continue reading.

1. This ticket is non refundable. If you want to exchange, you can change to another date for a $5 charge. If you purchased your tickets at a discount and want to change to another date, you will have to pay the difference in price plus the $5 change fee.

2. Once your ticket is scanned, then that means you have entered the event which you paid for. Chargebacks will not be given once your ticket has been scanned into the event.

3. If you purchase food and other items on the farm during your visit, that also means we have honored our commitment to you as a paid guest

4. By purchasing a ticket or entering the farm, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Tickets & Admission
All guests must present a valid ticket for entry. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Children 2 and under are free and do not require a ticket.

Ticket holders must comply with all farm rules, signage, and instructions from Schnepf Farms staff at all times.

Schnepf Farms reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any guest for inappropriate behavior, without refund.

2. Weather Policy
The event is held rain or shine. However, in the case of severe weather, Schnepf Farms may delay, reschedule, or cancel activities for safety reasons.

No refunds will be issued for weather-related closures or cancellations unless otherwise stated.

3. Health & Safety
By entering the farm, you assume all risks related to exposure to allergens, uneven terrain, wildlife, and natural conditions. Schnepf Farms is a real working farm and throughout the event, water trucks, tractors and other farm equipment may be needed , so please stay clear of any moving equipment. Watch where you walk, and please do not enter areas restricted to farm employees only.

please interact responsibly and supervise children at all times around the farm animals, they may bite. Bees may sting, mosquitos may be appearing at dusk. Please know that this may happen and bring or wear necessary precautions.

Closed-toe shoes are recommended; guests enter at their own risk.

No outside food, alcohol, or coolers permitted.

4. Ride & Attraction Rules
Ride availability is subject to maintenance and weather. Some rides or snack areas may be closed until evening hours. Please see posted signs. Not all rides operate at all times.

Height and age restrictions apply for all attractions.

Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising their children on all rides and activities.

5. Photography & Media
By entering Schnepf Farms, you grant permission for photographs and video footage of you and your party to be used for promotional purposes without compensation.

Guests may take personal photos; however, professional photography or videography requires prior written approval.

6. Property & Conduct
Please respect the farm’s grounds and staff.

No smoking, vaping, illegal substances, weapons, or fireworks are allowed on the premises.

Pets are allowed on a leash and they MUST be picked up after.

Guests are responsible for their belongings. Schnepf Farms is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

7. Refunds & Cancellations
All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges unless the event is fully canceled by Schnepf Farms.

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another date (if available), there will be a $5 fee every time you transfer your ticket to another date. Tickets purchased at a discount will not be able to transfer to another date without paying for the difference in price. Discount days cannot be transferred unless you are transferring within the discount timeframe.

8. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver
By attending the Pumpkin & Chili Party, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with farm activities, including but not limited to walking on uneven terrain, contact with animals, and participation in rides or events. Schnepf Farms, its owners, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any injuries, illnesses, or damages incurred during your visit.
